Surface Preparation
Our shot blasting process removes rust, mill scale, weld residue and other contaminants to create the clean, profiled surface needed for excellent coating adhesion. Where required, preparation is carried out to recognised standards, including ISO 8501-1.
Chemical Pre-Treatment
Chemical pre-treatment improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance before the finishing process begins. It's particularly important for transport equipment exposed to moisture, road salt and aggressive cleaning chemicals, helping coatings perform consistently over the long term.

Wet Paint Systems
